About Tomato, Heirloom
These varieties were cultivated around the world decades or centuries ago. All are open-pollinated, meaning you can save seed from year to year. Heirloom tomatoes tend to be indeterminate (vining, ripening over time) and generally require support unless noted as determinate (bushier, ripening all at one time—good for canning).
