About Lodi

One of the earliest ripening apples, with large green-yellow fruit in July and August. Sweet-tart, good for fresh-eating, cooking, and freezing, but doesn’t store well. 1924 cross of Yellow Transparent with Montgomery. Resistant to powdery mildew. EMLA 111 rootstock.

About Apple

Beautiful, fragrant spring flowers and fall fruit. Apples require another variety for pollenizing, but apple or crabapple trees are usually nearby in most areas.
